The art is about how soceity needs to start adapting to change rather than let it be just a moment. It is important to be inspried by others and adapt that it's alright to break such sterotypes. It is up to use find the courage and pass that courage on to others or else there wouldn't be much progress in everyday society. For example, if a woman is being mistreated by her boss claiming she lacks work due to her pregancny and no one stands up to her, such as another woman defending her. That same office with her coworkers will adapt to it as the normal like every other office because they think it's reasonable that the woman is entirely of fault. If no one has the courage to make a stand, nothing will change. If no one continues to help one another if one takes a stand and the rest are silent, there won't be progress of the relationships in that office. That office will continue to under estimate the women there.
What is something you learned about patriarchy and what is something you would like to change about what you learned?
I learned that Patriarchy is an endless battle due to how soceity adapted to such normality of men overpowering and dominating such sterotypes. From men being teached to not express emotion to today where the Legislative of United States wants to pass abortion being illegal. In other words, making women not have choices of their own bodies that men will never understand. I would like to change of the way it's taught where to learn more about how to prevent and what to do to make a change rather than see all the negativity.
