Yes, students between the ages of 13-19 as of January 31, 2020 and who are enrolled in a New York City high school arts program are eligible to enter.

No, all entries must be original work that has not been published elsewhere.

The competition is judged by our Youth Council and Adult Council.

Each entry must be the original work of the entrant and must not infringe the rights of any other party.
