Yes, students between the ages of 13-24 as of January 31, 2022 and who are enrolled in a high school (in the United States) or college (anywhere in the world) are eligible to enter.

One entry per student.
There are two sets of prizes – one set is for high school students and the other set is for college students. There will be ten high school winners who will each be awarded $1k, and there will be ten college winners who will each be awarded $1k.

No, all entries must be original work that has not been published elsewhere.
The competition is judged by our Youth Council and College Council.
Each entry must be the original work of the entrant and must not infringe the rights of any other party.
